HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET? HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE ?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you can have an email to confirm that it's on the way. 



For France, les-artists.fr will do all the shipping via the postal service with Colissimo with tracking number and for the U.E and the rest of the world with express carrier DHL.

The delivery cost are automatically calculated and appear when you finish your order.

When order is complete, delivery time will be: 
48H for France and 72H for International, on workdays only.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE ?

You received a product where the size is not good or you changed you review and you want to make an exchange

Sorry, we do not make exchanges.

So send back the product  for a refund excluding the shipping costs. Order again the good products on les-artists.fr according to the stock available.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered, you have 7 days after the delivery to return it for a refund only and if it has not been worn or washed.

We do not make exchanges.

Products are to be returned in original condition, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hang tags attached. Please send the product back, with its original tag and its package, as well as a copy of the bill to :

The cost of return will be at your charge. The cost of returning the item and responsibility for the item is yours until it reaches us therefore we recommend using a trackable and insured service.

Unidentified returns could not be pay back.

The prices are in €uros with VAT included

We will accept your payment with one of the following bank cards: CB, VISA, MASTERCARD.

DO YOU HAVE MORE SIZE AVAILABLE ?

Some products can be sold very quickly online and we are not always able to keep up every products available that is sold out or returned. For this reason a new delivery or a return might come in and will not be back online straight away.

WILL CERTAIN PRODUCTS GET BACK IN STOCK ? 

We have no general rule about restocking. Sometimes we can restock items and sometimes we can't. In general, most of the LES (ART)ISTS products are produced in limited edition. We recommend to not wait too long !

CHANGING YOUR INFOS IN CASE OF WRONG ADDRESS ?

When your order or it has been dispatched it's not possible for you or us to change any address details.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN EXPENSES ? 

In case of a return you will be responsible for the cost to ship the parcel back to us. If you are returning an item we will refund you your full payment but we do not refund the cost that you payed to return the parcel.
